Abstract

Provision and provision of information currently takes place very quickly in human life. The necessary information must be easily accessed by various parties who have interests to be more effective and efficient. One of them is information in the world of education, occupying a very important role because education and information is a vehicle in actualizing all the available potential so that it can improve and develop human resources. One of the information needed is knowing the location of certified public elementary school educators in Lampung Province. This mapping application is a distribution from the location of certified educators by applying the Dijkstra Algorithm. So that with this application, it is expected that the data collection of professional teachers or those who have been certified for the State Elementary School level with the Dijkstra Algorithm in Lampung Province can be monitored and known by the Education Office of Bandar Lampung city. Abstract

The baby care businesses were developing rapidly together with the rapid-growing technology and the lifestyle of people recently. There were several baby care businesses with various facilities in Bandar Lampung, e.g., spa, haircut, make up, hair dye, and others. The problem statement of this study was that 1) the customers had to come to the baby care location to buy the products so that it caused a long queue and made inconvenience for customers because the Covid-19 outbreak were still happening; 2) there was also no information regarding the closest way to reach the baby care location so that it confused the customers. The objective of this study was determining the closest way through the Haversine formula. The Haversine formula was used to determine the location through the geo-location technology (API from Google Map) based on the latitude and longitude coordinates of its location. The system development method used in this study was through the prototype model used to fulfill the users’ needs for the system. The result of this study was that the system was able to provide information on the closest way from the user location to baby care locations and to display the types of provided services, prices, and order service for the babies. This system was expected to support the effective and efficient business processes.KEYWORDS: Haversine, Baby Care Services, Prototype, Android-Based System.

Abstract

The development of information technology is currently going very fast. Information at any time can be accessed quickly and accurately becomes very important. One device that can access information quickly is an Android smart phone. Specific information in education for elementary school is a manifestation of teacher quality in improving national education in Indonesia. So the information in the world of education  is a vehicle to actualize all the potential that exists. One of the information needed is to know the location of public elementary school that have certified teacher in Lampung Province. Information based Android is a picture of the location of public elementary schools that have certified teachers. This Android Based Application is expected to provide information on the location of public elementary schools on the data collection of teachers who have been  certified in Lampung Province. So that can be monitored and known by the Education Office of Bandar Lampung, but it also provides information to other parties in need it.  Keywords: Location Of Public Elementary School, Certified Teacher, and Android.

Abstract

Several problems related to the DPT (Permanent Voter List) including the KPU (General Election Commission) it is difficult to get the NIK (Population Identification Number) of people who are in correctional institutions or prisoners, beginner voters who do not have an ID card (Kartu Tanda Sipil) who are currently in prison. study in student dormitories, Islamic boarding schools, and others who are outside the city, the number of which is 3-5% of invalid NIK, voters who do not have a resident identity, voters with KTP (Kartu Identity Card)/old Family Card and NIK (Population Identification Number) ) invalid around 7-19% and voters are difficult to find around 5-8% so that the KPU must-visit houses as regulated in the legislation. This could allow not all DPT (Permanent Voters List) to be registered.Naïve Bayes Classifier is one of the classification methods used in Data Mining which is based on the Bayes theorem. Bayes is a simple probability-based prediction technique based on the application of Bayes' theorem (or Bayes' rule) with strong (naive) independent (independence) assumptions. Naive Bayes is only a method for analyzing, it takes other media to display information that is easy to understand the results of the Naïve Bayes Classifier calculations. Pentaho data integration is a tool that integrates large amounts of data, calls from Excel, MySQL, and provides instructions for existing data. Tableau is an application that will improve, tableau can call data that has been integrated and display the data in the form of diagrams, text, spatial data, and points from locations.Keywords: Naïve Bayes Classifier, Algorithm, Election Commission
